Community Development Block Grant Funding Non-Public Service Funding Application Request for Fiscal Year 2025-26

This form is intended as a guide for preparation of your Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) “Request for Funding” application to the City of Tustin. If additional space is needed for your responses, or if you would like to attach supplemental information, you may do so within the “provide an attachment” section at the end of this form.

Examples of eligible non-public services activities include, but are not limited to:
Fair housing services, removal of architectural barriers, housing rehabilitation, commercial or industrial rehabilitation, acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of shelters, senior centers, etc.

The funding of specific proposals is subject to City Council approval, and the Council reserves the right to reject any or all funding requests.

The deadline for filing applications for the City of Tustin’s Community Development Block Grant Program is 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025. No applications will be accepted after that date.
